this hotel impressed me with its design. the breakfast had many choices. i liked that the location was near everything but in a quieter area. the staff scheduled taxi rides for me and always helped me.

the room i was in was very small and i did not like this. it was still well decorated, though. i wish it had been a little bigger for the price i paid.

the hotel had a lovely courtyard. i found the breakfast amazing, especially the fresh pastries. i loved how quiet the location was, yet it was still an easy walk to most attractions (it took me about 20 minutes to ponte vecchio).

the room was a bit on the small side, making it a little tight for luggage storage.

Breakfast included pancakes, yogurt, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and vegetables. excellent coffee was available. I especially enjoyed eating in the small garden (it provided a peaceful start to the day).

My room was small , and the photos made it seem larger. It was also noisy. I heard every guest and worker entering the building because my room was near the entrance. It wasn't very relaxing , unfortunately.

The hotel had a good location away from crowds. It was only a short walk to the center. The room was nice. I found the bed very comfortable, and the shower was good.

The room felt small, so the pictures seemed deceiving. I was hot , regardless of how I set the thermostat. I am almost convinced it didn't work, it reminded me of it was just for show. I stayed in room 1, directly at the entrance at street level, so I was uncomfortable opening the window.
